Healing is an extension of a natural human capacity. Some people may access it more easily than others, but everyone can develop this natural capacity. Not everyone, however, has the same kinds of healing abilities.
Some may be more effective with physical ailments, some with psychological and emotional issues, while others may help people with spiritual growth which plays a part in their healing. There are many different forms that healing abilities take. body is a marvelous self-healing mechanism. It contains the knowledge of how to function properly and bring itself back into balance. A healer may help to bring you into alignment, but it is ultimately up to you to integrate and sustain the results of the healing.
As a healer I empower people in their own self-healing rather than create a dependency on my healing work. Being able to reach out and receive help is crucial to healing, but equally important is the ability to follow through with good self-care. In the long run, developing and exercising your ability to self-heal will bring the most lasting and significant change.
When the flow of the “Life Force Energy” is disrupted, weakened or blocked, emotional or health problems tend to occur. Imbalances can be caused from many situations occurring in our lives, such as: emotional or physical trauma, injury, negative thoughts and feelings, including fear, worry, doubt, anger, anxiety, negative self-talk, toxicity, destructive lifestyle and relationships, neglect of self and lack of love for oneself or others, from emotions that are not expressed in a healthy way…”
Natural Holistic practice is excellent for healing any physical, mental, emotional and spiritual issues of any kind and it gives wonderful results. When we are relaxed, stress-free, we are able to restore our natural ability to heal. Long term practice of whole-body will restore the general condition of the body. It will open the energy channels and this will allow the body to deal properly and naturally with stress and build-up toxins and cope with anxiety and depression.
When a person is in good health, regular therapy will increase the bodies built-in defences. This will manifest itself as confidence and outward harmony in dealing with everyday events. The person will gain a positive outlook on life.
Good health arises as a result of balance and harmony in the way we approach our lives.I believe true happiness comes from the freedom to be who we are without judgement from ourselves or others. I want to encourage you to love and accept yourself fully; to be true to who you are.
Within a non judgmental healing environment I aim to provide you with the chance to honestly express your feelings and fears, to heal them and to then give you the tools to take with you to continue your growth outside of the healing session.
